While Spike is trying to find some food, he runs into a serial bomber; the Teddy Bomber who is trying to blow up a skyscraper. Will he be able to stop Teddy Bomber and collect the bounty on him? This episode was temporarily removed from airplay on Cartoon Network after the September 11, 2001 attacks, but has since entered normal rotation.
